After I was kicked out of the comfort inn in Morton Illinois for finding bed bugs in two rooms choice got me a room at the quality! I’ll admit quality had immaculate rooms! Clean as a pen! They also have mattress and box spring covers which is nice! Definitely give them a try they several steps above the comfort inn there! Comfort inn is completely trash go see for ya self

Disgusting
We checked in at 6AM after a long night on the motorcycles. We got a call at 10:30AM telling us our check out time was 11AM or we would have to pay for 2 nights!
And the room was filthy! With a pill of unknown origin, laying next to the metal pan that was under the refrigerator, we did not touch! I'm glad I didn't have a toddler.
The bathroom was so disgusting! How many peoples skin cells and toenail clippings are petrified in the corners by the bathtub?
Also, the window did not latch, but there was a metal thing screwed to the dirty, un cleaned window track, so it could only be slid open 8 inches.
There's a nice motel next door... I wish we had gone there

I was in town for a few days and chose to stay at Quality Inn mainly because of the low price and decent ratings. I was happy enough with my stay. The staff were nice. The bedroom was okay with a comfy bed. The bathroom was dated but okay. The breakfast was okay. The exercise room was minimal, but I was still glad it was there. There was plenty of parking. The location was good, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I would stay there again for a conference. The WiFi was decent most of the time, but cutout once or twice. I never turned the television on, so I can’t say anything about that. If I were visiting with my family I’d probably spend a little more and find a nicer place.

Clean comfortable quiet. Doors in the hall and outside doors! Right of the highway. Food, gas across the road. Fluffy pillows. Comfy bed. Good hot water pressure friendly service

Positive: Friendly staff. excluding the housekeeping that ignored the Do Not Disturb sign and knocked on the door at 8:30am Negative: Horrible breakfast choices. Tiny No-name muffins taken out of the individual wrappers and placed in case with loose pieces of white bread. Dingy towels. Woken up by housekeeping at 8:30 knocking on door, hours before check out.

If I could write a .5 review, I would the reason reason why this hotel is trash It’s because we are charged $100 for a pet deposit fee and 35 a day and the toilet was clogged up. I asked to unclog the toilet and then I would give them the 135 they refused to unplugged the toilet.and was told to remove myself from the premises because I didn’t want to pay the 135 without them unclogging the toilet first I had cash in my hand. I had given them $50 A deposit to make sure they unclog the toilet and they refused and To put the icing on the cake. They called the cop and told him stole some pillows with the harassment from the cop and me having to embarrassedly dump out all my belongings on the concrete, just for the cop to tell me that I was banned and none of the pillows or towels were stolen. That’s why this hotel is trash. The rates are way too high for one night. It’s super hot when you walk in it feels like they don’t have an AC.
*Don’t waste your time and harder money on this hotel

Lobby is gorgeous, rooms are not. First room had a broken window stop, pushed out screen and dirty sheets, were we safe? She moved us no problem. Not a fan of two entrance doors. Most of the towels were stained. Breakfast was not anything special and most was gone before we got there 7:30am

We picked this place on our way home from having surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. We chose this town because it's the same as our last name. The Quality Inn was pet friendly & they had a room on the bottom floor. The room was great, the bed was wonderful & well needed! I'd recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay, it had everything we needed! Loved it!
