Booked on line. They are in the process of doing some updates. Lobby was unattended for over 10 minutes. The lobby bathroom was dirty and the room was somewhat better, if I hadn't prepaid and been exhausted from driving all day, I would have left. The sheets appeared clean and the bed was comfortable, but I think they could do better.

Positive: I booked this hotel because it had the same rating as others in the area. The place was run down, the lobby was dirty and mal maintained; the carpets were stained and dirty. The room seemed okay until we found cockroaches running around. Negative: The parking lot is in need of resurfacing. Lobby and front desk was very cluttered and run down. Do not stay here, the manager needs to be fired, he gave us a room knowing that it was infested with bugs, he has a guy come clean it a little bit but that does not help when it’s already infested, the room was dirty, the walls, at night is when the bugs comes out, in the bathroom, all over the bathroom floor, the bathroom toilet, he lets people sit outside and drink everyday, he let’s people smoke marijuana in the hotel, a lot of times the entire hotel hallways reeks of marijuana, and he tells the guests that they can’t have pets but he has a dog of his own and I don’t think corporate, he refused to rent to us because of us complaining, I am going to contact WMBD, 25 News, CNN, Fox News, HLN, ABC News, CBS News on this place

Positive: The front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. I had a very late check-in, which appeared to be no issue to them. I was pleasantly impressed upon entering my room. It was hard to find a last minute hotel in Morton for us, and the OYO came in clutch! All the other places with availability were way too expensive. It's not fancy, but it's clean, comfortable beds (we slept like rocks), and fantastic service. The owner is a sweetheart. Definitely recommend and will be back if we're ever in the area again!

Just enough to not cancel or share the negatives. People acting weird in the lot. Seems like a lot of "nocturnal activity"

Doors to all main entrances WIDE open no working locks. That's not safe after I googled to see what happens here. Go see the results yourself.

Smells rank and saw roaches on 1st day. Stayed in the whole 3 days stay and ensured my car was visible from the lot at all times

Good if your looking for bottom pricing. Bed all dirty and old.

It stunk through the whole common areas like dirty carpet and foot odor.

A little cleaning and safety goes a long way these days.

Go-to the other side of Morton for the extra ten bucks.. do yourself a favor.
