Tried to order over the phone. I was patient when the sales person was helping customers. But she kept cutting me off when I was trying to put in an order over the phone because the system online kept canceling my orders. She made assumptions that I was ordering on Amazon when I said I ordered from their website.

I was verbally attacked by a salesperson who works at the store.
Be very careful if you call out their lack of any kind of customer service. You will be shocked. I will never set foot in the store again.

Store Hours are not correct on website states closes 8:00pm. I went 6:50pm to buy products doors where locked. Someone was vacuuming.

I stopped by after work because I needed a new shampoo. Corey was there and he was wonderfully pleasant. He was very knowledgeable of the merchandise, suggested really great options, answered all my questions and overall provided a really memorable experience. And he wasn't just courteous to me, but to the other patrons in the store. He just seems very genuinely friendly, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be coming back.

I really want to thank the girls who work at this location. They have always helped me in finding the products I need for both my wife and myself. The only issues I have with this store is, they stopped honoring the "Military Discount", at least that is what I was told Veterans Day weekend. I understand the need for store's to make money but, that was a nice consideration they did for service members to generate sales-GSH

I'm a dude. So this is weird, yet still appropriate. Because I am, admittedly, a customer and I love this place. Why? Well, they always seem to have the Jack Black, Suavecito, and Layrite products I'm looking for. And those, as you may know, are hard to find, especially in stores. Secondly, my daughters are always close behind, and every time they come in the folks inside treat them so well and are never annoyed. Beyond those things, the store itself is always clean and has managed to stay modern without feeling like it's pandering to every new thing out there. So, it's classic but still has something for everyone. Lovely store and lovely people inside.
